Dispatch and payment conditions

Shipping 

Prices are generally ex factory. Shipping costs are charged at cost price and are not withdrawn. Packing and insurance are included. The invoice and delivery note are enclosed with the order and are therefore delivered on receipt. The minimum order value for new customers is € 150.00 net. Order values of less than € 50.00 net are subject to a small order surcharge of € 5.00.

Payment methods

Advance payment
You simply pay in advance and have your order conveniently delivered to your home upon receipt of payment. Please wait for your pro forma invoice before paying.

SEPA / direct debit (only existing customers in Germany)
Once you have given your direct debit instruction all invoice amounts will be automatically debited from your account. Naturally in accordance with the agreed payment conditions. You will receive the documents for your direct debit instruction immediately upon receipt of your order.

Payment upon invoice (existing customers)
You pay simply and conveniently after delivery in accordance with the payment conditions.
